Victoria Sayenko CAADC

I am Vicki! I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, a certificate in advanced alcohol and drug counseling (CAADC), and am currently pursuing a doctorate at Touro University Worldwide. I am also trilingual—Hello, Hola, and Privet!

Are you struggling with substance use, experiencing a relapse, or grappling with depression, mood swings, or anxiety? You don't have to face these challenges alone, I'm here to offer you a supportive and individualized approach to therapy. With a focus on compassion and understanding, I believe in the possibility of recovery and improvement in mental health. Everyone wants to feel heard and genuinely understood - that is exactly the experience you'll get in our sessions. We'll work together to identify your strengths and foster positive change as you navigate life's difficulties.

My therapeutic approach integrates various techniques, including person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused strategies, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey.

Anthony Meoli JD, MA

I hold masters degrees in both forensic and clinical psychology. To that end, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice as a clinician. Over the past six years, I have dedicated myself to providing direct counseling to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including addiction and recovery. My areas of expertise encompass sexual trauma, anxiety-based disorders, depression, and dual-diagnosis patients, with a strong focus on solution-based recovery. In my therapeutic approach, I strive to find a balance between Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, while also delving into a deeper understanding of my clients' unique worldviews. My Adlerian Therapeutic Orientation emphasizes the importance of building trust and empathy, while creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. I believe in the power of accountability, which is why I often incorporate "homework" assignments to help monitor the progression or regression of my sessions. My commitment is to empower clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery, fostering resilience and growth along the way.

Hello. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Widener University and began providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting in 2001. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with individuals aged 18 years and older. My goal has always been to provide, first and foremost, support and guidance. I firmly believe in working with my clients when developing their treatment goals.
As a therapist, my favorite thing is seeing my clients feel better and improve. I believe finding the right fit with a therapist is an essential part of the therapy process. As part of this process, I also follow an individualized and integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral, supportive and solution focused therapies, as well as psycho-education. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship and family issues, as well as women's issues.
